Who runs this guide
The Kakobuy Spreadsheet Savings Guide is an independent, reader-focused site. It is not run by Kakobuy or by either of the companies named on Kakobuy's contact page, and it does not take orders, payments or parcels.
Links to Kakobuy on this site carry no tracking code at present. Product shelves link to category pages of picks; we do not host product pages. Product links carry referral parameters and may support this guide. They do not establish a product endorsement. The calculator sorts dated example costs, and does not promise recoverable savings.

How we source and date figures
Policy figures, fees and add-on prices come from Kakobuy's help centre and announcements, read on the dates shown. Line prices come from Kakobuy's public estimator, read on 10 October 2026 for a 1,000 g parcel of ordinary goods. The exchange-rate markup and the spread across agents come from independent measurements, printed with the dates they were taken.
We do not invent averages, and we do not rank agents. Where we compute something, such as the reference order, we say it is our arithmetic and show the assumptions. Where official pages disagree, we show the conflict and ask you to check the applicable account or checkout terms.
Corrections, review dates and what we will not publish
The figures are dated snapshots. This local review was completed on 15 October 2026; it does not establish continuous price monitoring or a guaranteed review schedule. When reading an example, retain its original date and replace the inputs with the actual quote available to you. If you spot a figure that no longer matches the official page, tell us which page and which figure, and we will check it against the source before changing anything.
There are things we will not publish however often we are asked. We do not print a single savings percentage for everyone, because the honest answer depends on order size, weight and destination. We do not say any agent is the best. We do not publish discount codes we have not seen on an official Kakobuy page, and we do not quote personal stories from community threads as if they were policy. Where a choice is a judgement, such as whether priority purchase is worth ¥5 for a given item, we say it is our judgement and give the arithmetic so you can disagree with it.
What this site can and cannot verify
A local link check establishes that a destination is configured; it does not establish stock, seller reliability or the total payable inside your account. Product photos illustrate categories. Use the current listing and warehouse evidence for an individual purchase.
